Ester Lima has fifteen years of professional experience in print media such as O Globo and Jornal do Brasil newspapers, as well as in TV, having worked in the launch of the Globosat channels and as editor at Sportv.
As a sports consulting expert, she has developed projects with the Brazilian Volleyball Confederation, Brazilian Olympic Committee (Atlanta and Sidney Olympics), Petrobras's Sports Sponsorships Area (F1, sailing and motor sports, rowing, Flamengo soccer club). Ester Lima also specializes in cultural affairs, having worked as Cultural Coordinator of exhibits held at the Museum of Modern Art (Cícero Dias, Rubens Gerchman, Amílcar de Castro, Carlos Zílio), at the Hélio Oiticica Arts Center, Icatu Arts Prize, Gravadora Biscoito Fino, as well as in book launches with Rio de Janeiro's National Library and the Book Biennial.
